Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Executive Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, and non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage bulk/volume hiring within defined timelines.
- Handle non-IT recruitment across various functions.
- Plan and coordinate campus hiring drives with colleges and placement teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
- Good communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
