Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLC Industrial Automation Support Consultant to support commissioning, operational stabilization, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems integrated with WMS/WCS environments. The candidate should have solid experience in PLC systems, OPC communications, industrial automation, and warehouse automation integrations.

Roles Responsibilities

- Provide commissioning and operational support for PLC systems and automation infrastructure.
- Support OPC communication and integration activities between automation equipment and WMS/WCS platforms.
- Troubleshoot automation, control system, and integration issues through log analysis and diagnostics.
- Validate PLC-WCS/WMS interface behavior and system performance.
- Coordinate with automation vendors and technology partners for defect resolution and enhancements.
- Support testing, system validation, and operational stabilization activities.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures.




- Coordinate with WMS/WCS teams to troubleshoot end-to-end integration issues.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
- Experience with OPC communication protocols.
- Understanding of WCS and WMS integrations.
- Experience in automation commissioning and support projects.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose issues, and identify root causes.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-facing abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite at customer locations.

Preferred Skills Experience

- Experience in warehouse automation, ASRS, AGVs, conveyors.
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or automated warehouse environments.
- Experience working with multi-vendor automation environments.
