IndiaRentalz is a growing IT hardware rental company serving businesses and customers across India. We provide laptops, MacBooks, desktops, servers, printers, workstations and other IT equipment on rental.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads and convert them into rental orders.

What Youll Do

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Speak with customers to understand their laptop, desktop, MacBook, server and other IT hardware requirements.
- Prepare quotations and explain rental plans, pricing and terms.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales within company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on open leads and pending quotations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Follow up for required KYC, GST, PO and payment/security deposit before dispatch.
- Maintain customer details, lead status and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Stay connected with existing customers for renewals, repeat orders and additional requirements.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports.

Who Were Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, Telesales, Business Development or Customer Handling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with targets and multiple leads.
- Candidates with IT hardware, computer, electronics, rental or B2B sales experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are welcome.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant sales experience.

Experience: 1 year in sales/telecalling/customer handling preferred.
