Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
- Work with Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales.
- Develop and support integrations using Dataverse and D365 CRM APIs.
- Use Azure Data Factory (ADF) for integration requirements.
- Work with Azure Integration Services, including:
- Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Event Grid
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Perform data transformation and mapping.
- Work with SQL for integration and data requirements.
- Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Provide production and integration support.
- Troubleshoot integration-related issues.
