Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
Inito is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers across engineering, R&D;, and business functions to identify and attract top talent, deliver a excellent candidate experience, and help strengthen Inito's employer brand as a fast-growing health diagnostics company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruiting practices.
- Enhance the company's brand and reputation as an employer of choice through various initiatives and by maintaining a presence in the recruitment community.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from the application stage through onboarding.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity; provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and suggest improvements as needed.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles/functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Exposure to hiring for hardware/software engineering, R&D;, or regulatory functions typical of a diagnostics company.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Experience with recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
