About B.L.O.O.M-

B.L.O.O.M. stands for Build, Lead, Organize, Outdo, Manage. The purpose of this program is to build niche technical leaders and prepare them for an accelerated multi-dimensional environment experience within the CFI sector.

Role & Responsibilities

As a B.L.O.O.M. Trainee, you will:

- Undergo structured training and rotational assignments across various manufacturing functions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, process optimization, maintenance, safety, and project execution.
- Support manufacturing excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production data, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Polymer, Instrumentation, and Civil




- Adhere to all safety, health, environment, and compliance standards of the organization.
- Assist in implementing best practices to improve productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop technical knowledge and managerial competencies through guided learning interventions and on-the-job assignments.
- Contribute to business projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by mentors and business leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

Work Experience

- Minimum 6 months and Maximum 24 months of post-engineering full-time work experience.
- Experience preferably in manufacturing, process industries, maintenance, production, projects, or operations.

Educational Qualification

- Full-Time B.E. / B.Tech in:

- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Polymer Engineering
- Civil Engineering

- Degree must be from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Location We have manufacturing units across India Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The Bloomers will be posted at the units’ basis business requirements.
