Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning Execution: Develop, implement, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including obtaining necessary permits.
- Site Management Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards.
- Subcontractor Resource Management: Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and staff, ensuring resources are optimized.
- Communication Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.

Requirements Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Project Lead, Construction Manager, or similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills,



with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction management software.
- Certifications: Project Management Skilled (PMP) or similar certifications are preferred.

- Attention to Detail: Critical for safety checks and quality assurance.
- Negotiation: Required for vendor and subcontractor contracts.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
