An executive leader who connects and coordinates across company's various departments i.e., Agriculture, Dairy, Marketing, Sales, IT, Admin and other support functions, creates clear accountability, and closes work at speed.

Role & responsibilities

Core mandate

- Act as the CEOs cross-functional execution representative across Agriculture, Dairy, Marketing, Sales, IT and Admin.
- Convert CEO priorities into owners, deadlines, budgets and measurable weekly plans.
- Run cross-functional reviews and resolve dependencies without routine CEO intervention.
- Make department managers own outcomes and hold them accountable for every commitment.
- Drive execution aggressively at SmartAgro speed; prevent avoidable delays and repeated follow-ups.
- Verify ground reality at site; do not depend only on reports.
- Maintain one consolidated dashboard across all six functions, covering milestones, delays, cost, risks and decisions required.
- Escalate only major financial, legal, food-safety, land, reputation or strategic matters.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8- 12 years in business operations, Founders/COO Office, PMO, program management or multi-site operations.
- At least four years coordinating Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, Admin, Finance, Procurement, HR and vendors.




- Experience reporting directly to a Founder, CEO, COO or Business Head.
- Solid MIS, ERP, dashboard, budgeting and management-review capability.
- Evidence of closing delayed or complex projectsnot only monitoring them.
- Willingness to relocate to and work primarily from Madakasira.
- Readiness for a six-day workweek in a field- and execution-intensive environment.

Preferred backgrounds

Manufacturing, FMCG/food, dairy/agriculture, hospitality, real estate, infrastructure or supply chain. Domain knowledge is optional; Department managers remain the technical owners.

Leadership qualities

- Exceptional ownership and accountabilitytakes responsibility until final closure.
- Aggressive, action-oriented follow-through with the ability to push teams for speed.
- Able to challenge managers firmly, resolve resistance and secure commitments.
- Strong written communication, numerical understanding and decision-making.
- Comfortable moving between field verification, execution reviews and CEO-level reporting.

Location and working model

- Permanent base: Madakasira; six working days per week.
- Approximately 5060% field verification, 30–40% reviews/closure and 10% CEO alignment.
- Workstation adjacent to the CEO Office; managers route routine operational matters through this role.
- Manage Marketing, Sales, IT and Admin from Madakasira through dashboards, structured reviews and accountable owners.
