The role involves a mix of legal and technical knowledge to ensure successful patent prosecution while complying with jurisdiction-specific rules and client expectations.

- Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst – ICT Prosecution will
- File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP.
- Draft and file responses to PTO communications.
- Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and status updates.
- Maintain timely updates, documentation, and file management.

Job Requirements :

- 1–4 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain.
- Robust understanding and familiarity with global procedures (USPTO, EPO, WIPO).
- Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112
