Role Objective

The Business Development Executive will support the US sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities in the US market. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, robust communication skills, and the drive to build a career in US IT services sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to prospective customers across US mid-market and enterprise segments for AI solutions, application development, and digital transformation services.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, and CRM databases.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls/demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach activity, and follow up consistently with prospects.




- Support the BDM/Sales Head with proposal coordination and pipeline reporting.

Required Experience and Skills

- 0-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with excellent English communication may apply).
- Willingness to work in US shift timings (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
- Based in or willing to work hybrid from Noida.
- Energetic, target-driven, and eager to grow into a full-fledged sales role.
