We are looking for a seasoned Workday Project Manager to lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and adoption across HR, IT, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Workday implementation and support/optimization projects across workday HCM or workday Financials.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Must have prior functional experience with implementation/support of workday HCM or workday financials
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Preferred experience in workday security provisioning.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree




- 8-12 years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Workday projects.
- Robust knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
- Experience managing enterprise HR transformation or digital transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

- Workday Certification
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
- Experience in global or multi-country Workday deployments
- Experience with pre-sales activities like demos, proposals etc.
