What You'll Do: Business Analyst Trainee

- Gain in-depth knowledge of AUTOSherpa CRM Software and its applications.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer pain points.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to refine lead management and automation workflows.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and improve process efficiencies.
- Utilize CRM reports and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Support marketing automation using Business WhatsApp, SMS, and email workflows.
- Work with AI and automation tools to improve business processes, research, content creation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Explore and use tools such as n8n, Antigravity, NotebookLM, OpenAI, Gamma, and other emerging AI-powered tools as part of day-to-day business analysis and automation activities.
- Identify opportunities where AI and workflow automation can reduce repetitive work and improve productivity.

- AI Mindset: Willingness to experiment with AI tools and learn how to apply them to real business problems.

Must-Have Skills:





- Python, MS Excel, and Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to design, build, and manage workflow automations using n8n.
- Interest or basic working knowledge of AI tools such as OpenAI, NotebookLM, Gamma, Antigravity, and similar AI-powered tools.
- Ability to learn new AI and automation tools quickly and apply them to business use cases.
- Proficiency in English and, along with English, any one of the following languages is essential for this role:
- Malayalam
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Telugu

Compensation Plan:

- Freshers: 6-month training period with stipend of Rs. 10,000 per Month.
- Annual CTC: Post Training CTC - 2,40,000.
- In addition to the fixed compensation, the candidate will be eligible for a performance-based sales incentive of up to Rs. 60,000/- per annum.
