- Assist in managing suppliers and procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Identify current suppliers and negotiate agreements
- Prepare quotations, comparative statements, and purchase orders
- Process invoices and coordinate with accounts for timely payments
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support continuous improvement in purchase and logistics processes
Preferred:
minimum 6 months to 2 years in Marine Procurement
Alternative: minimum 6 months to 2 years in Procurement & Logistics (shore-based organization)
