Hiring: Treasury Operations Executive

Location: Colaba, Mumbai

Experience: 2- 5 Years

We are looking for a Treasury Operations Executive to manage banking operations, account documentation, KYC, and coordination with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage opening and closure of bank accounts, including KYC and Board Resolutions.
- Handle Net Banking activation and account viewing rights.
- Coordinate changes in bank signatories and related documentation.
- Manage Demat account KYC and KYC updates for UBOs, Directors & Authorized Signatories.
- Prepare bank-related letters, forms, and documentation.
- Coordinate and visit banks for execution of required processes.
- Maintain proper records of bank accounts and related documents.
