Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Monitoring & Compliance

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites, equipment and activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Identify unsafe practices or conditions and take immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all staff, contractors and visitors.

2. Incident Reporting & Investigation

- Report accidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions to the Safety Officer.
- Assist in investigation of incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate safety records and registers as per statutory requirements.

3. Training & Awareness

- Assist in conducting safety inductions, toolbox talks and in office training sessions.
- Ensure that workers, contractors and staff are aware of site-specific hazards and safety procedures.
- Promote a proactive safety culture on-site.

4. Risk Management

- Support the identification and mitigation of workplace hazards.
- Ensure safety measures are implemented for high-risk activities, such as working at heights, electrical work and heavy machinery operations.
- Monitor adherence to fire safety and emergency protocols.

5. Coordination & Support





- Liaise with project teams, contractors and vendors to ensure safety compliance.
- Support Safety Officer in audits, inspections and compliance reporting.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / ITI in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 6 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate safety supervision.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, NBC standards and safety best practices.
- Strong observational, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to enforce safety rules and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification is desirable.
