About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to own and drive the design vision for our next-generation enterprise SaaS and retail technology products.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and global customers to simplify complex business workflows and create intuitive, up-to-date, scalable digital experiences.

What Youll Own

- Define and drive the UI/UX strategy and design vision across products.
- Lead user research, design thinking, journey mapping and information architecture.
- Convert complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Build and govern a scalable Design System and reusable components.
- Partner with Product Managers, BAs and Engineering from discovery through product delivery.
- Conduct design reviews, usability testing and continuously improve product experiences.




- Mentor designers and establish strong UX standards and design practices.
- Champion customer-centric design across the organization.
- Explore AI-powered experiences and emerging UX trends.

What Were Looking For

7–12 years of strong UI/UX / Product Design experience with proven experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.

Must Have:

- Strong expertise in Figma
- UX research & user-centered design
- Interaction & visual design
- User journeys, wireframes & prototyping
- Design systems & component libraries
- Responsive web & mobile design
- Agile product development
- Strong stakeholder management & communication
- Ability to lead design initiatives independently

Good to Have
