Role Purpose

We are looking for an E-commerce Product Catalogue & Content Specialist to strengthen and improve the overall product catalogue and content experience across LOTS website and app.

The role will focus on enhancing the quality, completeness, presentation and discoverability of products online, covering product information, attributes, descriptions, imagery, product-page content and catalogue standards.

The specialist will work closely with Commercial, Category Managers, MDG, Marketing and E-commerce/IT teams to improve the existing digital catalogue while establishing scalable processes for new product onboarding and ongoing catalogue management.

Product and catalogue content should follow defined SEO, ASO and GEO best practices to support discoverability across search engines, app platforms and AI-assisted search.

Key Responsibilities

- Catalogue & Product Information: Review, enrich and maintain product attributes, specifications, titles, descriptions and other relevant product information.
- Product Content: Create and improve product-page content that clearly communicates product features, advantages and relevant customer information.
- Product Images: Review product imagery and coordinate sourcing,



correction or creation of suitable images to maintain consistent quality standards.
- AI-enabled Content & Visual Enhancement: Use relevant AI tools to support the creation and enhancement of product images, descriptions, feature copy and other catalogue content while ensuring accuracy, relevance and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Digital Content Optimization: Ensure product and catalogue content follows established SEO, ASO and GEO guidelines.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support the end-to-end digital onboarding of new products by ensuring required attributes, content, images and product information are complete and ready for publishing.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Category Managers, Commercial, MDG and E-commerce/IT teams to collect, validate and publish accurate product information.
- Catalogue Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain naming conventions, attribute standards, image guidelines and catalogue quality standards for consistent execution.
- Benchmarking & Improvement: Benchmark leading e-commerce and retail platforms to identify opportunities to improve product presentation, content quality and the overall catalogue experience.
