Job Summary

The role requires a senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional with 10-15 years of experience, primarily in Oracle EBS Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Payments, Treasury, Cash Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and related workflows. The candidate should have strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, payment and reconciliation, integrations, IFRS, and central banking requirements, along with hands-on experience in process mapping, functional requirements, Oracle EBS configuration, integrations, testing/UAT, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training. Experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations is expected, with Oracle EBS certification being an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Lead process mapping workshops/interviews and produce To-Be business process for all end-to-end finance sub-domains (GL, AP, AR, cash management, bank reconciliation, payments RTGS, SWIFT, procure to pay, intercompany, etc.)
- Ensure compliance controls of organization policies and procedures while developing To-Be business maps, workflows, SoD, etc.
- Translate business processes into functional requirements for Oracle EBS
- Review current Oracle EBS configuration, customizations, modules, and APIs; map functional requirements to Oracle EBS capabilities and identify gaps
- Propose the right sequence and priorities of functional requirements for better system development




- Define integration requirements and liaise with the integration team
- Design and configure Oracle modules and workflows as per agreed priorities with minimal customization
- Create test scripts and acceptance criteria, and support end users during UAT
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and implement fixes
- Create the required IT documentation
- Create training materials (user guides, runbooks, etc.) and deliver role-based training to end users

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, Payments, AP, AR, Treasury and Cash Management, Subledger, Procurement/Supplier, iSourcing, Workflow, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Inventory, etc.)
- Oracle EBS certification is an advantage
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS projects
- Strong knowledge of accounting, payment, reconciliation, finance processes, and integrations
- Robust understanding of IFRS and central banking requirements
- Experience delivering Oracle training to end users
