About the Role:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Operations serves as a strategic and operational partner to

business leaders and employees. The role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, employee

lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, engagement, compliance,

and talent development while aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Drive performance management cycles and coach managers on employee development.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support audits, HR governance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience
