Job Summary

Access Healthcare is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Dental Caller with strong hands-on experience in US healthcare dental processes. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of dental, revenue cycle management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and provide subject matter expertise on US dental processes.
- Review and resolve complex dental
- Provide process guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor process quality, productivity, and accuracy.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for the team.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, process guidelines, and quality standards.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing
- Stay updated on dental guidelines, payer requirements, and process changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in SME dental billing.
- Dental billing experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US dental billing and claims processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor team members.
