As our current Senior Engineer - Civil Structures you will be part of a world class, innovation driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees. Your key tasks and responsibilities

- Carry out the design and review of the work of Asst Engineer / Design engineers and modelers in the team and maintaining the quality of deliverables. Coordinate with
- Participate in the design and delivery of bridge projects, coordinate with other team members of the drafting/modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Mentoring and supervising Asst. Engineers/ Design Engineers and provide inputs to Team Lead for the continued development of the staff in the team.
- Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the design documents and 3D models corresponding to the design.
- Perform complex analysis using computer modelling.
- Participate in skill enhancements of the Team.
- Exercises self-discipline and work ethic, respect and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- M.Tech Structural Engineering with 6+ years of experience (preferably from IITs/NITs)




- Should have more than 6 years of experience in bridge design. Knowledge of Euro codes is mandatory.
- Experience working on Swedish Projects/ Swedish National Annexes would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in detailed design of concrete, prestressed, steel composite bridges, underground metro stations using Sofistik with Eurocodes.
- Have hands-on experience in using any of the bridge design software Sofistik/StruSoft FEM Design.
- Working experience with contractor s design units will be an advantage in addition to mandatory consultancy experience.
- Interest in computation design, automation and workflow standardisation will be an advantage.
- Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project.
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines.
- Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include strong spoken and written communication skills.
