Role Purpose

Visionet is looking for an Insurance Delivery Leader to strengthen its Insurance technology delivery capability. The role will manage multiple Insurance client engagements and lead a portfolio of technology projects through Project/Program Managers and technical teams.

The individual will bring strong Insurance domain expertise combined with proven IT Services delivery leadership, enabling Visionet to deliver technology solutions aligned to complex Insurance business needs while building and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery of multiple Insurance technology projects/programs, ensuring quality, timelines, productivity and commercial outcomes.
- Lead multiple Project/Program Managers, Engineering Leads and technical teams across client engagements.
- Establish delivery governance, manage risks and escalations, and drive predictable execution.
- Serve as a senior Insurance domain advisor to clients, translating business priorities into technology solutions and transformation opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead governance reviews and escalations.
- Partner with Sales,



Account Management and Pre-sales teams to support solutioning, proposals, account growth and new opportunities.
- Bring Insurance domain expertise to solutions leveraging Cloud, Data & AI, Automation and Digital technologies.
- Develop delivery leadership and Insurance capability within teams while fostering customer centricity, accountability and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting / Digital Engineering, with significant experience in Insurance.
- Mandatory experience working with US Insurance clients and the US Insurance market.
- Proven track record of managing multiple technology projects/programs and distributed teams.
- Experience leading through multiple Project/Program Managers and technical leadership teams.
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge across areas such as P&C;, Life, Health, Reinsurance, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration or Billing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery performance, client relationships, risks and commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern technology environments including Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, Automation, Application Modernization and Digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business and commercial orientation, with the ability to contribute to account growth and current business.
