What you’ll do:

Coordinate hiring & onboarding

Prepare offer letters, contracts & HR documents

Manage attendance, leave & payroll inputs

Track statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops Act)

Handle employee relations, PIP & exits

Share monthly HR & compliance reports with the CEO

What we’re looking for:

1–6 years HR generalist experience

Previous HR experience in IT / Software company is mandatory

Qualification - MBA In HR

Strong documentation & Excel/Google Sheets skills

Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws

Location: Onsite – Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
