Position: US Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift / US Shift
Experience: 6 Months 4 Years

We are hiring US Non-IT Recruiters with hands-on experience in US recruitment and staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT requirements
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
• Work towards timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

- 6 months to 4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Solid understanding of the US hiring process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation: Based on skills and experience
