- - Infinity Learn is looking for an **Academic Counsellor** to connect with company-provided student leads, understand students' and parents' academic requirements, conduct online product demonstrations, and convert enquiries into paid admissions.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - - - Connect with **company-provided student leads** through outbound calls.
- - - Speak with students and parents to understand their academic needs and goals.
- - - Counsel students and parents about suitable Infinity Learn programs.
- - - Schedule and conduct **online product demonstrations through Google Meet**.
- - - Explain courses, features, learning advantages, pricing, and admission process.
- - - Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns.
- - - Follow up with interested students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- - - Assist customers with the course enrollment and **annual fee payment process**.




- - - Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- - - Achieve monthly **admission, sales, and revenue targets**.
- - - Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the counselling and admission journey.
- - - Requirements
- - - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - - Strong convincing, counselling, and presentation skills.
- - - Good sales and objection-handling abilities.
- - - Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- - - Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting online demos.
- - - Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- - - Experience in **EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Business Development, or B2C Sales** is preferred.
- - - Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
