Arcengine Technologies LLP provides engineering and technology services to international clients, with a focus on design, drafting, and land-survey-related projects. We work with international project requirements and standards and are looking for experienced CAD professionals to join our Land Survey team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CAD Technician Land Survey with 12 years of relevant experience in land survey drafting and CAD-based survey projects.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate survey drawings from survey data and ensuring that drawings meet project specifications, client requirements, and applicable US survey standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise CAD drawings for US Land Surveying projects.
- Develop Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS and As-Built survey drawings from survey data.
- Interpret survey points, coordinates, field measurements and other survey information accurately.
- Apply knowledge of US Land Surveying practices, terminology and drafting standards while preparing project deliverables.
- Prepare drawings according to client-specific standards, project specifications and established drafting procedures.
- Maintain accurate layers, annotations, dimensions, linework, symbols and drawing standards.
- Review completed drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
- Incorporate corrections and revisions based on internal quality checks and client feedback.
- Coordinate with team members regarding project requirements, technical clarifications and drawing revisions.
- Manage assigned drawings/projects to meet defined quality and turnaround-time requirements.




- Work on multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines.Follow established project workflows, documentation procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant professional experience in Land Survey CAD Drafting.
- Skilled experience working on US Land Surveying projects.
- Practical knowledge of Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Surveys and As-Built drawings.
- Ability to accurately interpret and work with survey data, coordinates, points and field measurements.
- Strong knowledge of CAD drafting standards and drawing preparation.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify drafting errors and inconsistencies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within project timelines and defined quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Civil 3D.
- Experience with Carlson Survey or similar land surveying software will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with US-based or international clients/projects.
- Experience with point cloud or survey data processing will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to different US survey project types and client-specific drafting standards.
