About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals from the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Healthcare domain to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, payment posting, or healthcare operations, we'd love to connect with you.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end RCM processes including billing, coding, AR follow-up, and payment posting
- Review and process medical claims accurately and within timelines
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and denials
- Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately
- Identify and resolve billing/coding discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and claim statuses




- Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the process

Required Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, or Healthcare Operations
- Strong understanding of RCM processes and terminology
- Familiarity with insurance claims, denials, and reimbursement processes
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Billing software/tools)

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate
- Prior experience with US Healthcare RCM process is an advantage

Note: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
