- Provide high-quality patient care services to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with various medical procedures, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing basic life support tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant or related field (ANM/GNM/Midwifery).
- Freshers can also apply; B.Tech degree holders preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
