Scope of the Role

- Managing end-to-end procurement activities including purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing Quotes based on requirement
- Coordinating with vendors, Sales and internal stakeholders for timely fulfilment

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Raise, track and process purchase orders as per approved requisitions
- Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for cost, quality and reliability
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with vendors
- Monitor stock levels,



conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain inventory records in Inventory Management System
- Generate periodic procurement and inventory reports (stock ageing, reorder, consumption)
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SLA and TAT
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and vendor payments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvement initiatives
