Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees across assigned restaurants.
- Deliver training on operational processes, customer service, SOPs, food safety, and brand standards.
- Facilitate training for new product launches and refresher programs for existing products and processes.
- Provide on-the-job training through demonstrations, role plays, coaching, and practical sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, audits, and on-ground observations.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate development interventions.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to company SOPs and operational standards across all assigned stores.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, feedback, and related documentation.
- Prepare and share periodic training reports and progress updates.




- Collaborate closely with Restaurant CEOs/Store Managers and Operations teams to understand training needs and support business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate team performance and reinforce training initiatives.

Education:

- Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or Hospitality Training will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Restaurant Operations within the QSR, F&B;, or Hospitality industry.
- Prior experience in conducting classroom and on-the-job training for frontline teams is preferred.
- Experience in SOP implementation, new store openings, and multi-store operations training will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in training Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams is preferred.
