This is the role for someone who can understand a customers technical architecture, map their business problem to Fire AIs platform, and turn complexity into a working solution.

What Youll Actually Do

Solution Architecture

- Understand end-to-end AI integration workflows connecting customer data sources, APIs, and databases to Fire AIs platform

- Translate technical requirements into structured, implementable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, ML pipelines, and data workflows

- Evaluate database schema strategies, API connector configurations, and integration patterns across real enterprise environments

- Solve for vertical-specific use cases across D2C, B2B, Manufacturing, Pharma, and other industries Technical Discovery Pre-Sales

- Lead discovery sessions with CTOs, VP Engineering, and data leads to understand technical architecture and implementation constraints

- Partner with Sales on live technical demos tailored to customer-specific use cases

- Assess customer technical maturity, data readiness, and infrastructure gaps

- Build demo environments that reflect real customer connectors, workflows, and industry patterns

Implementation Oversight Customer Success

- Own the transition from sales to implementation with detailed technical handoT documentation

- Troubleshoot integration issues across databases, APIs, authentication,



schema mapping, and performance

- Track implementation milestones and escalate blockers to Product and Engineering

- Support large enterprise deals with structured cross-functional coordination

Customer Insights Internal Enablement

- Act as the voice of the customer by bringing recurring integration patterns, industry pain points, and product gaps back to internal teams

- Create connector guides, integration best practices, schema design patterns, and solution templates

- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with sharper technical narratives and implementation understanding

- Contribute to revenue growth by improving solution quality, speed of implementation, and deal confidence Youre Built For This If

- You have 6-10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or AI/ML implementation

- You understand AI/ML workflows deeply -LLM integration, RAG, prompt workflows, embeddings, semantic search, and model reasoning

- You can work hands-on with databases, backend architecture, and data pipelines -schemas, joins, aggregations, indexing, ETL, performance optimization

- You have robust API and connector experience across REST, GraphQL, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, and SaaS integrations

- You can explain complex AI and technical concepts to non-technical executives with clarity





- You are high on ownership, structured in problem-solving, and comfortable leading end-to-end customer outcomes in a fast-moving startup

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks

- Hands-on coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or SQL

- Experience with analytics platforms, AI/ML companies, or data integration SaaS products

- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Exposure to multiple verticals such as D2C, SaaS, Manufacturing, Pharma, Financial Services, or Logistics
