Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure,



and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective PMGM solutions.
- Manage goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and related processes.
- Support integrations and data flows with other SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and releases.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Robust expertise in SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management).
- Good understanding of performance management and goal-setting processes.
- Experience in PMGM configuration, customization, and support.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data migration.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
