Role & responsibilities

- Performing routine laboratory tests: This includes blood tests, urine tests, tissue analyses, and other procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment: Proficiency in using and troubleshooting various laboratory instruments, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers.
- Preparing samples and reagents: Following strict protocols and ensuring the quality and integrity of samples for testing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory workplace: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Recording and documenting test results: Maintaining detailed and accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Communicating test results and findings to physicians and other medical staff,



contributing to patient care.
- Attention to detail and accuracy: Maintaining high levels of precision in all tasks, ensuring reliable and accurate test results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of laboratory processes.
- Excellent communication skills: Effectively communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and physicians.
