About the Role :

We are looking for a Specialist Billing Product Delivery to join the billing product team and grow into end-to-end ownership of customer billing delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to early-career candidates who are curious about how products work and enjoy solving problems for real customers.

You will learn the MoveInSync billing platform in depth the trip-to-bill cycle, rate plans, billing masters and invoicing and use that knowledge to configure the product, investigate billing issues, and support customers through implementation and day-to-day queries. You will start with guided ownership of smaller accounts and issues and take on larger implementations as you build product depth.

We are not expecting a ready-made expert. We are looking for strong ownership, structured thinking, a genuine willingness to talk to customers, and the appetite to learn a complex billing product quickly. Training on the product and the domain will be provided.

Required Skills :

- 0.3 years of experience in a product, implementation, support, operations, or customer-facing technology role. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability the commitment to see a problem through to closure.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak to customers and stakeholders.




- A team player with a collaborative, approachable nature.
- A natural inclination to talk to people, ask questions, and understand their perspective and problems.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with data able to read through records, spot patterns, and follow a logical trail.
- Willingness to learn a complex billing domain and product quickly.
- Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.

Good to Have :

- A technical background (engineering or a related discipline).
- Exposure to business analytics or data-driven problem-solving.
- Prior customer-facing experience in support, consulting, implementation, or delivery.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries.
- Basic awareness of REST APIs and JSON understanding request/response structures.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, or Swagger.
- Exposure to billing, fintech, ERP, CRM, or workflow-based products.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or product-based technology company.
