We are hiring for the Sales Support Officer / Inside Sales Officer for the Automotive Manufacturing client for Kamothe - Navi Mumbai location.

Must have manufacturing industry experience with excellent english communication and advance Excel for the reporting.

Job role:

1. Serve as one point liaison with the customers from receipt of enquiry, respond to an follow up on sales quotation, negotiate pricing, converting enquiries into orders, processing orders, follow up for material, scheduling shipments, updating order status time to time, attending customer complaints & queries through satisfactory solution.
2. Payment follow up as per the order terms and conditions.
3. To regularly offer products available in stock, current products, and generate sales lead.
4. To review & analyze customer sales trend, and offer co-related products.
5. To submit weekly customer reports to sales team and provide order updates, outstanding payment, and pending issues if any.
6. To ensure that departmental process measures are followed as per the organizational requirement.
7. Candidates should have well versed Microsoft excel knowledge and have basic proficiency in English and decent communication skills.
