Should be able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Handle VIP and high value customers, building a long term relationship.
Ensure proper product presentation, visual merchandising, and showroom standards.
Support pricing, promotions, offers, and seasonal sales campaigns.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate
5 10 years of experience in Jewellery or luxury retail sales.
