Job Role

Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, SLA, and customer service targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




- Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from office can apply.

Salary

Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Experienced: 26,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
