Position

Preschool Teacher

Experience

Minimum 1 Year of Preschool Teaching Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities.
- Create a safe, caring, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Teach through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art & craft, music, movement, and interactive activities.
- Support children's language, cognitive, social, emotional, creative, and physical development.
- Observe and track each child's learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain lesson plans, assessments, student records, and classroom documentation.
- Provide individual attention based on each child's learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management using positive reinforcement.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress.




- Coordinate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent interactions, and teacher training.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being during school hours.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of relevant preschool teaching experience
- ECCE / Montessori / NTT qualification preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, caring, and child-friendly.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and preschool teaching methodologies.
- Skilled, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
