About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified House Manager cum Butler to the CEO to manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of a private 6,000 sq. ft. duplex villa in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for household operations, staff supervision, personalized Butler services, wardrobe and travel coordination, household events, and overall support to the CEO . The role requires a hands-on, organized, discreet, and service-oriented professional who can anticipate the principals requirements and maintain high standards of hospitality and household management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residence , ensuring all household activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide personalized Butler services to the CEO , anticipating and attending to his daily requirements and preferences.
- Manage the CEOs wardrobe, attire, accessories, and personal gadgets , ensuring everything is organized, maintained, and ready as required.
- Coordinate and assist with the CEOs travel arrangements and personal requirements , including accompanying him during travel when required.
- Coordinate with household staff, including cooks, chauffeurs, and other support staff , and ensure duties are carried out effectively.




- Plan and coordinate meals and other personal requirements in accordance with the CEOs preferences.
- Organize and execute private gatherings, household events, and special occasions , ensuring seamless service and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, maintenance teams, and service providers for repairs and upkeep of the residence.
- Monitor the overall condition, cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of the household.
- Assist with household budgeting, expense tracking, purchases, and inventory management .
- Maintain appropriate records of household expenses, requirements, and service schedules.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the principal, household staff, vendors, and external service providers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO, family, residence, travel, and personal affairs.
- Provide a family-focused and highly personalized service experience while maintaining professional boundaries.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, private residences, or a similar House Manager/Butler role.
- Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, private households, or high-profile residences will be preferred.
- Hospitality training or formal Butler/House Management training will be an advantage.




- Strong experience in staff supervision and household coordination .
- Excellent understanding of formal service standards and luxury hospitality .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to the principals preferences, routines, and service expectations .
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism .
- Must be flexible and willing to travel with the CEO whenever required.
- Bangalore-based/local candidates preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a private residential environment and providing highly personalized service.

Compensation Working Conditions
