- Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Transformation Architect with a solid domain and pre-sales background to design innovative,value-led transformation solutions for clients across industries. The role requires a blend of domain expertise, business transformation knowledge, consulting skills, and the ability to respond to complex RFPs and client pursuits and be client-facing to pitch the transformation mandate

- Functional expertise in one or more domains - Banking Capital Markets, Insurance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Operations, Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, or Talent HR.

- Experience in transformation consulting, solution architecture, operations transformation, pre-sales solutioning, and managed services pursuits."

- Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, transformation frameworks, and value realization.

- Proven experience in RFP RFI responses, proposal development, executive presentations, storyboarding, and deal shaping.

- Expertise in business case development, value quantification, operating model design, and commercial solutioning.

- Knowledge of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, Cloud, Digital Platforms, and Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.)."

- Develop future-state transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.

- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, GenAI, Agentic, analytics, digital operations, and process redesign.

- Define transformation levers, productivity opportunities, business case, and value realization plans.

- Design target operating models, governance frameworks, workforce strategies, and performance KPIs.

- Establish measurable transformation outcomes aligned to client business objectives.

- Architect scalable, innovative, and industry-relevant solutions.

- Build integrated solutions covering people, process, technology, data, and governance.

- Develop effort estimates, resource models, transition approaches, and delivery blueprints.

- Leverage Accenture assets, accelerators, platforms, agentic AI, GenAI, SynOps, automation, and analytics capabilities where appropriate."
