Job Description: Sales Executive in the Gold and Diamond Jewellery Industry

Position: Counter Sales Executive Gold & Diamond Jewellery

Location: Mumbai, Bandra

Department: Retail Sales

Reports to: Store Manager/Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for candidates from Mumbai Only.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets by promoting gold and diamond jewellery. This role demands a robust understanding of jewellery trends, customer preferences, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold/diamond jewellery products.

Explain product features, pricing, quality, and making charges.

Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.





Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing.

Keep updated with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

Collaborate with inventory and stock teams for stock availability and replenishment.

Follow all company policies related to security, handling of gold/diamonds, and cash.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate

Experience: 13 years in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury segment.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales and negotiation ability

Customer-oriented attitude

Basic knowledge of gold/diamond certification and standards

Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Marathi

Working Hours: Retail shift timings 11:00am to 09:00pm
