About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in non-technical hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, etc.).

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.

Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Conduct screening, shortlisting, coordination, and scheduling throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.





Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Manage offer negotiations, release offers, and support pre-onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring trackers.

Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate qualification in any discipline (mandatory).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on non-tech hiring.

Strong sourcing skills on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems (preferred).
