Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the project management team in coordinating engineering and construction-related projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules and deliverables, following up with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication between the offshore team and the US-based project team.

The ideal candidate should have solid coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Position : Project Coordinator (Civil)

Shift : US Shift - 6.00 pm - 3.00 am

Location : Remote (US Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to the project schedule.
2. Track project assignments, deliverables, deadlines, and pending activities.
3. Coordinate with Designers, Engineers, Estimators,



Project Managers, and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of project requirements.
4. Follow up with team members on pending tasks and communicate status updates to the Project Manager.
5. Ensure timely communication of project changes and updates to the concerned teams.
6. Follow up on outstanding information, approvals, drawings, specifications, and other project requirements.
7. Ensure project documentation and information are maintained as per company processes and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, trackers, and correspondence.
9. Track project progress against planned timelines and deliverables.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
11. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
12. Ability to work effectively with teams located across different time zones.
