About the Role:
- Oaktree software solutions are seeking energetic and results-driven US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Indore.
- In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for our US clients, sourcing high-caliber talent across technical and non-technical domains while executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT roles, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and pipeline qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder), and internal databases.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring pipeline.
- Offer & Engagement: Assist with salary negotiation, offer extensions, and pre-onboarding documentation while keeping candidates engaged prior to their start date.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in US Staffing (IT, Non-IT, or hybrid).
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorization visas (H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, GC EAD).
- Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean strings, advanced search techniques, and ATS navigation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, time management, and candidate engagement capabilities.
