T1129 CAD Creo Design Engineer – Bearings
Location: Pune | Experience: 3–8 Years

Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop Bearings and related automotive/engine components using Creo Parametric.
- Create and modify 3D part models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform component and assembly design considering functional, dimensional and manufacturing requirements.
- Apply GD&T; principles to component designs and engineering drawings.
- Work with Windchill PLM for CAD data management, revisions, engineering changes and product releases.
- Support Bearing Design, Engine Component Design, Piston Design fundamentals and Ring Pack Design activities.
- Participate in design reviews and support engineering issue resolution.
- Support complete Product Development Lifecycle activities from design through validation and release.
- Coordinate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and supplier teams.
- Apply fundamental knowledge of Gravity Die Design and Manufacturing during component development.




- Support design risk assessment with DFMEA awareness.
- Ensure designs meet product specifications, quality, reliability and manufacturability requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Design Engineering experience, preferably in Automotive / Auto Components / Engine Components.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Creo/Creo Parametric, including 3D Part Design and Assembly Design.
- Valuable experience with Bearing Design and bearing-related automotive components.
- Working knowledge of Windchill PLM and GD&T;.
- Knowledge of Engine Component Design, Piston Design and Ring Pack Design preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of Gravity Die Design and Manufacturing.
- Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and DFMEA.
- Good engineering problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
