About the Role
The Manager - Finance, Accounts, & Compliance will serve as the functional head for Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Legal functions across all Blood Bank Centres and the Head Office. The role is responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, effective fund utilization, legal risk management, donor and CSR compliance, and timely financial reporting while supporting organizational leadership in strategic decision-making.
The incumbent will oversee all finance and compliance activities across multiple locations, establish strong internal controls, ensure statutory adherence, and drive financial efficiency and transparency across the organization.

Key Deliverables
- Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- 100% compliance with statutory,
tax and regulatory requirements.
- Timely closure of books and reconciliations.
- Timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and Trust-related returns.
- Effective debtor, creditor and employee advance recovery management.
- Successful completion of audits with no major observations.
- Strong financial controls and governance across all Centres.
- Compliance with donor, CSR and grant reporting requirements.
- Effective legal risk management and contract administration.
- Measurable cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
Educational Qualification
Essential
- Inter CA (Mandatory)
Experience
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Compliance.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in Healthcare, Blood Bank, Hospital, Trust, NGO or Multi-location organizations preferred.
- Proven experience handling audits, statutory compliance, taxation and legal matters independently.
