As part of the Customer Support team, you will handle voice-based interactions with international customers, understand their concerns, and provide prompt, courteous, and effective resolutions. Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA for experienced candidates

Qualification Criteria

- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.





Experience Required

- Freshers may apply for eligible openings.
- Experienced candidates must have relevant International Voice Process experience.
- Prior experience in customer support or international BPO will be an advantage.
