The Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance Proventeqs internal Salesforce environment. This role is ideal for someone with robust core Salesforce knowledge who is eager to deepen their technical skills and grow across newer Salesforce clouds and products.

You will be responsible for advanced configuration, automation, security, and ongoing optimisation of our Salesforce platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Proventeq’s internal Salesforce org
- Configure and optimise Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at an advanced level
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (screen, record-triggered, scheduled, and orchestration flows)
- Manage Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls
- Support and enhance Account Engagement (Pardot), including automation, integrations, and reporting
- Assist with light development tasks as required (Apex, validation rules, custom logic, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and governance standards
- Proactively learn and support additional Salesforce products and clouds

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud




- Advanced Salesforce configuration skills (objects, fields, validation rules, automation, approvals)
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Flow
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data access models
- Proven experience with Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Solid foundational development knowledge (suitable for a junior developer level)

Salesforce certifications:

- Salesforce Administrator (required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

Desirable / Growth-Focused Skills

- Strong interest in learning Certinia PSA and Revenue Cloud
- Enthusiasm for adopting and working with new Salesforce clouds such as Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Experience working within a Salesforce Partner environment (nice to have)
