Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue expansion in the Ed Tech industry.
- Manage P&L; (Profit & Loss) for assigned regions, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiencies to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage product portfolios, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in business strategy, growth strategy, PNL management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through cutting-edge strategies and execution.
- Strong understanding of the Ed Tech industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
