Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L&D; Trainer – Recruitment with strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and the ability to train and mentor freshers and junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for recent and existing recruiters on end-to-end recruitment.
- Train recruiters on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and offer management.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Develop training materials, PPTs, SOPs, handbooks and role plays.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Improve recruiter productivity through structured training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment leadership to improve training effectiveness.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Training, L&D;, HR Training or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Excellent knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to train freshers and new/junior IT recruiters.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS and other sourcing platforms is preferred.

Shift Timings

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Immediate joiners with Domestic IT Recruitment experience are preferred.
